Favorite Celebrity Vacation Spots to Enjoy With (or Without) Kids

Favorite Celebrity Vacation Spots to Enjoy With (or Without) KidsI have always wondered where celebrities go to getaway. When they are constantly on a plane to L.A. for a premiere, off to Cannes for the film festival or filming on some gorgeous island…where do they go to vacation?

I usually address my “vacation” as an adventure. Much like Rose Nylund in that episode of ‘Golden Girls‘ – I want to eat the world! It’s hard to relax when there is so much to see and do in a place you only have a limited time to enjoy. So, in taking note from celebrities, I wanted to find the best spot to find solace, relaxation and gorgeous views.

Emily Blunt, Jennifer Aniston, Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake tend to favor Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. This is a great start to find inclusive resorts that offer meals, entertainment and luxury accommodations. Beaches and nightlife are a main draw, but the getaway can be great for families too.

Nicole Kidman, Eva Longoria and Christina Applegate are all fans of Bora Bora. The options for privacy and seclusion are fantastic for a little mommy and daddy time, but there are so many options to keep family’s busy too! If you are on a tighter budget and don’t have Nic Kidman’s ‘Moulin Rouge’ money, Belize might be a better choice. It offers equally stunning views and has a long list of beach friendly activities and you can even go cave tubing!

Oprah Winfrey, Britney Spears and Megan Fox are all repeat visors of the islands of Hawaii. The Travel Moms also has first hand coverage! Click HERE for all our first hand info… Maui is the pick for most of the famous travelers. The more affordable island with the same picturesque setting – The Big Island. Golf, dining and spa treatments will also be friendly for the wallet here too.

Want to bump into Michael Jordan, Liam Neeson, Michael J. Fox or Paul McCartney? Vacation in Anguilla and you just might! These guys frequent the best beaches the British West Indies has to offer. With average temps in the 80 degree range, it is always beautiful.

If you are looking for an easier and less expensive jaunt, try Providenciales in Turks and Caicos. There you will find the same white sandy beaches. You might recall the Travel Moms has picked this spot before. Click HERE to check it out in ‘Easy and Kid Friendly Getaways That Beat Boredom‘.
