Art and culture are a big part of this town and you’ll leave feeling like you got a taste of nearly everything. In addition, the beach town has done a good job of preserving its natural elements. Hike through parks and lively forests on your way to visit the rare coastal dune lakes. You’ll be telling all of your friends about Seaside.

Fernandina

Nassau County, Florida is home to Fernandina and thirteen miles of gorgeous beach. The surrounding town is located on Amelia Island. This beach town is the perfect destination for a mid-summer getaway. Explore the historic town by horse-drawn carriage to get the full feel. St. George Island

Beat the heat on St. George’s Island, away from the high-risers and towering condos that typically line other Florida beaches. This mellow beach town is a great alternative to the often crowded and over stimulating tourist spots. This barrier island is uniquely uninhabited compared to other destinations. This may not sound like the perfect beach town by the name of it, but there is plenty to keep vacationers busy. The friendly, park-your-car-and-walk-to-the-beach atmosphere has been called paradise by many. Located at the southernmost end of St. Pete Beach you’ll find yourself falling in love with this beach town. Enjoy the day kayaking, deep sea fishing, sightseeing from the ferry, lounging in the sand, shopping the shops, or hitting the spa. Pass-A-Grille has the traditional beach town activities, without the hustle and bustle.
