The Marina Bay Festival In Cabo And Seadust Cancun Family Resorts: Two Reasons You Should Take The Kids To Mexico This Summer

With summer break only a few short weeks away, families are already gearing up for their vacation plans. In some parts of the country, it might feel like the spring season skipped us this year, but the sizzling summer sun will be here in no time. And if you are still looking for ideas, we’ve got two options for you here.

Thankfully for those needing a little sun, sand, and surf (along with a place to kick by while the kids enjoy all three), two family-friendly resorts and spas in neighboring Mexico are featuring new amenities and specials to help kick off your summer.

The Marina Fiesta Resort and Spa, located in the heart of Los Cabos and conveniently near the Los Cabos Marina, has recently expanded its family offerings with a brand new Kids Club. Cabo might be the premiere destination for bachelor and bachelorette parties (and a great place to spot Hollywood stars), but it’s also fast becoming a bucket list spot for families looking to enjoy first-class accommodations along with plenty of entertainment for the kids. Luckily, Marina Fiesta offers both.

This summer, guests will be able to enjoy the newly debuted Kids Club along with a special promotion for guests with children. From June 20 through October 15, children under the age of 12 will stay, eat and enjoy the complimentary Kids Club activities at no additional cost. There is a newly constructed water playground and an indoor and outdoor Marina Fiesta Kids Club. The resort offers a number of age-appropriate activities to keep your kids entertained while you relax.

Similarly, the newly renovated Seadust Cancun resort is also a family favorite with plenty of new offerings this summer, too. Guests can bring their entire family for an unforgettable Cancun vacation for the price of an adults-only stay. That’s right: there’s a special Kids Stay Free promotion from April 9 – June 30 and August 17 – December 17 for children 12 years old and younger. With such a great offer, there’s really no reason why the kids should stay home and indoors this summer or during the fall months for that matter.

Here’s an added bonus: your kids can splash around the Kids Club while you enjoy a rejuvenating treatment in the Zenserenz Spa or indulge in a poolside massage. Sounds tempting, doesn’t it? Daily kids’ activities will include swimming lessons for children 8 and over, new nightly entertaining programming and daily guided beach walk at 9 am. In other words, your children will be so busy they won’t have any time to touch their iPads or other screen devices during your stay.

If that weren’t enough, kids can also witness one of Cancun’s most incredible natural phenomenon’s – the yearly whale shark migration. They might be the same size of a school bus, but they pose no harm to humans and are truly a magnificent sight to see.

In addition, the Seadust Cancun Family Resort offers some of the best views of the tranquil Mexican Caribbean with spacious accommodations, 11 restaurants, and a cinema-style theater. There’s also an array of family-friendly features and activities, including a waterpark, zip line, and mini-golf facilities.
