In one, the eight-day Gems of the Danube sailing has been changed to cruise between Regensburg and Budapest. Moreover, this change allows for more time onshore along the route. In addition is a stop in Bratislava, Slovakia where guests will have time to explore the city’s medieval old town with an expert guide. Meanwhile, all-inclusive fares have been quoted, starting at $4,757 per person, double, with a choice of 42 departures in 2025.

The second new itinerary relates to the 16-day Danube Delta Discovery, set to sail between Budapest and Bucharest in 2025. On this luxury sailing, guests will have the chance to fully explore the cultures and historical sites of six former behind-the-Iron-Curtain countries. It will also give the opportunity to enjoy the nightlife in four capital cities in those countries, namely Belgrade, Bratislava, Bucharest and Budapest.

Among the highlights of this option is the chance to enjoy a small boat cruise through the 580,000-hectare Danube Delta wetlands, spotting more than 300 species of birds. In a similar vein, an e-bike tour will be on offer through the Kopacki Rit Nature Park. Moreover, foodies can enjoy a cooking class learning to make Banica, the traditional Bulgarian cheese-filled pie. This itinerary features four departures with fares starting at $9,043 per person, double.
