Necessary documentation for St. Kitts and Nevis
As part of the process of completing their online authorization form, fully vaccinated international visitors will need to submit their official Vaccination Record Card, along with a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of travel and other requisite documentation.
The Travel Authorization form is found on the country’s national website (knatravelform.kn). When completing the form, travelers must upload a negative official COVID-19 PCR test result from a CLIA/CDC/UKAS-approved lab accredited with ISO/IEC 17025 standard that was taken 72 hours before travel.
Travelers should also bring a copy of the negative COVID-19 PCR test and their COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card as physical proof they have received their full vaccination.
Travelers will be considered fully vaccinated if 14 days have passed since they received the second dose of a two-dose vaccine (Moderna, Pfizer/BioNTech or AstraZeneca/Oxford), or alternatively a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson).
On arrival at the airport, all vaccinated travelers will continue to undergo health screening, including a health questionnaire and temperature check. Any visitor exhibiting virus symptoms may be required to undergo another PCR test at the airport at their own expense.
Vacation in Place
Fully vaccinated visitors arriving by air will be required to “Vacation in Place” at a travel approved hotel sanctioned by the government for the first nine days of their stay. They will be free to move around in their hotel or resort and to interact with other guests and get involved in hotel activities.

Getting ready to explore St. Kitts and Nevis
Any travelers staying longer than nine days will be required to take another PCR test on the 9th day of their stay at their own cost. Should the results be negative, they will then be free to move around the country, going shopping, exploring attractions, participating in tours, and visiting restaurants and beach bars.
As from May 20, 2021, fully vaccinated visitors will also be able to enter the Caribbean destination’s sporting venues.
When leaving St. Kitts and Nevis, travelers will not be required to undergo an exit PCR test. However, if a pre-departure test is required for their country of destination, this test should be taken 72 hours prior to departure.
