Britain’s sightseeing and award-winning tour company, Evan Evans Tours, has noted an increase in demand for its Scotland tours. This comes following the finale episode of season 2 of the Scottish-based reality TV show The Traitors Canada, with host Canadian actress Karine Vanasse.

Meanwhile, the guided tour company, which was awarded the Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards Winner 2024, has reported a remarkable +88.5 percent surge in Canadian-based searches for their Edinburgh and Scotland tour pages since the start of January 2025.

Evan Evans attributes this heightened interest in the reality show’s popularity to its portrayal of Scottish locations, along with an increase in bookings from fans keen on exploring the country, its Celtic historic cities and scenic Highlands.

Scotland’s stunning scenery has become a star in its own rights thanks to the show which has enthralled viewers, and we have seen a notable increase in bookings from fans who are eager to explore its unforgettable destinations.

We are excited to be offering our Edinburgh Rail Tours and travelling by train is the most magical way to see the Scottish Highlands and to show our guests the country’s magnificent landscapes and Celtic heritage.

CTV’s reality show, The Traitors Canada, has quickly become a fan favorite after the completion of the second season in December 2024. The show engages viewers with its murder mystery game and intricate web of deception.

The show has become one of Canada’s most-watched and unscripted reality competition series since it is also streaming on Crave and Amazon Prime. The French-Canadian version of the reality show has helped the franchise increase its national popularity.

Meanwhile, interest in The Traitors Castle has increased on Google with searches up +188 percent as it was revealed that the show was filmed at Ardross Castle, just over a 30-minute drive from Inverness. This led to Evan Evans introducing a new castles blog post.
