According to a press release via PR Newswire, execs revealed the new step comes alongside some very attractive, low one-way fares, which start at only $42. So, now is the time for travelers to book their warm weather escapes.
With reduced prices, the company’s Head of Commercial, Trevor Yealy, noted that tourists should secure their holidays in advance. Naturally, he also referred to the Avelo Airlines reputation for reliability.
Additionally, he remarked on the broad range of destinations available. He also added, “Avelo offers something for everyone – from award-winning beaches to outdoor adventure destinations and cultural hotspots.”
Airports & Destinations
Avelo operates out of six airports in Central Florida. The list includes Daytona Beach, Fort Myers, Lakeland, Orlando, Sarasota, and Tampa. From those points, flyers can expect prolonged summer services to several popular destinations.
The destination roster features Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, New Haven, Philadelphia, Rochester, and San Juan. and Wilmington. So, plenty of choices come for you for a long vacation or even a weekend getaway. Still, the news that Wilmington and ILM airports were reduced on nonstop flights might be worth checking out.
Travel Demand
Demand for flights lies at the bottom of the decision for the extended schedule. Actually, the airline did well since the commencement of operations in April 2021, Avelo Airlines flew over 8.8 million passengers with thousands of flights involved.
At the moment, their network covers 32 destinations in 12 states and Puerto Rico. Their approach often entails the use of smaller, more convenient airports to make traveling easier. Basically, they concentrate on the less-served neighborhoods, thereby steering clear of congestion at central hubs.
