Holland America Line opens bookings for Australia and New Zealand in 2025-26
The announcement was made by Beth Bodensteiner, Chief Commercial Officer for Holland America Line. Bodensteiner said:
Australia and New Zealand are excellent options for cruisers looking for global destinations, iconic cities and wild wonders. We craft our cruises to showcase the best of each region.
With these voyages, guests can immerse themselves in New Zealand in a port-intensive itinerary that also features scenic cruising through Milford Sound, or they can see wildlife like penguins and kangaroos while exploring South Australia.
About the 14-day itineraries on Noordam
According to the press release, for those guests looking for a longer cruise, the cruise line also offers a “Collectors Voyage.” This option brings together several non-repeating itineraries to keep guests happy onboard for 28 to 50 days total. These voyages combine the two-week cruise with an epic Legendary Voyage to the South Pacific. Meanwhile, the combination makes for an up to 50-day voyage across multiple cruising regions.
‘New Zealand Discovery’ and ‘Australia and New Zealand’ trips
During the cruise, guests will be served fresh fish and other local fare from Australia, including Sydney rock oysters. This is thanks to the cruise line’s global fresh fish program. However, they will also get to dine on the famous Tasmanian meat pies.
