Canada Gets Its First Hard Rock Hotel In London, Ontario

Canada officially has its own Hard Rock Hotel London, Ontario – the first Hard Rock Hotel in the country. It has opened its doors with much excitement as it forms part of 100 Kellogg Lane, Canada’s largest indoor entertainment complex.

Canada opens its first-ever Hard Rock Hotel in London, Ontario

Nestling in 100 Kellogg Lane, Canada’s largest indoor entertainment complex, the new Hard Rock Hotel London, Ontario, is perfectly located in London’s Old East Village. Meanwhile, this location is also just minutes away from the Western Fair District and a short drive from downtown London.

The new luxury hotel boasts 164 rooms and recently enjoyed its grand opening with a celebration, attended by property owners, community leaders and special guests, including John Rees, Senior Vice President of Hotels at Hard Rock International.

An Instagram reel reveals the exciting opening of the hotel, with Brendon Ainscow, the hotel’s general manager, making a speech, saying:

I want to officially welcome you all to Hard Rock Hotel London, Ontario, Canada’s first Hard Rock Hotel. This property represents more than just 164 rooms and a few restaurants and bars. It’s a symbol of bold ideas, of shared visions and what can happen when you bring together a huge amount of energy with world-class hospitality, and we’re so proud to bring that experience to London and to Canada.

Ainscow also spoke at the opening ceremony, saying the property will help strengthen London’s economy, and its culture and tourism industries. He added that the hotel is perfectly positioned within Canada’s only UNESCO City of Music. Meanwhile, he added:

As a Londoner, I couldn’t be more proud and excited to see our city officially become home to Canada’s First Hard Rock Hotel. With the addition of this hotel, London is strengthening its role as an international hub for music and culture. Our local team of over 100 employees are ready to welcome visitors from Southwestern Ontario and across the globe.

Meanwhile, John Rees said in a statement at the opening event:
