Would you be a walking billboard in exchange for no more baggage fees? Orion Travel Technologies is offering a program that will reimburse your luggage costs, but the catch is – you must agree to be an advertiser for their clients.
Gary German, a former flight attendant, has dabbled in various facets of the airline industry and has created a way for travelers to enjoy a year of no baggage fees. Orion is billed as a “travel club” which hopes to become the biggest in the world in the future.

Their solution to the “pain” of travel is creating a reward program that gives travelers luggage and reimburses baggage fees up to 6 times per year of membership. The promo video states the program is free, but after 6 months, users will need to pay a fee.
How It Works
1. Users pay Orion a $19.99 membership fee. (The first 6 months are free, according to the video.)
2. Orion will then send you two pieces of luggage: a 21-inch for carry-on and a 29-inch bag for checking. Both will be wrapped in the logo of a company Orion has created an advertising partnership with. You will get to pick the ad graphic, but Orion runs different programs throughout the year.
3.After you travel, Orion will send you a $50 gift card – a maximum of six times a year.
Other Perks and Plans
The baggage fees are just the start of Orion’s plan to break into the travel industry. Other perks include entry into airport lounges, onboard charging station, digital luggage scale, gps locator, luggage tampering alert system, and then top it off with an Orion app equally loaded with helpful services.

The walking billboard aspect of the “travel club” is just one of their many projects and offerings. Orion is also set to provide vacation club partnerships, sales of smart luggage, concierge and travel guide services, a family exchange program, online booking, a mobile wallet, and Orion charter excursions.
