Lavender
Trying to sleep in a strange bed or new place can be difficult. Make relaxation easier with lavender. Spritz your pillow with a mist or use a few drops in a pre-bed time bath. You’ll be drifting off in no time. If you are in a bug-prone area, lavender will also help repel insects naturally.
Peppermint
