1/2 tbs. Lemon Essential Oil
1 tsp. Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil
1 tsp. Eucalyptus Essential Oil
1 tsp. Rosemary Essential Oil

The blend is germ-fighting mix that smells pretty amazing. It’s Great for plane rides, packed car rides, or just for general use.

Lavender

Trying to sleep in a strange bed or new place can be difficult. Make relaxation easier with lavender. Spritz your pillow with a mist or use a few drops in a pre-bed time bath. You’ll be drifting off in no time. If you are in a bug-prone area, lavender will also help repel insects naturally.

Peppermint

When upset stomach hits or a headache begins, reach for peppermint essential oil. It has many beneficial properties, but inhaling peppermint can shuttle 25% more oxygen to the brain. It’s a sweet relief that is refreshing and works fast.
