In most cases, we say that women can do just as much as men, and while that might not count with heavy lifting, female monsters are just as scary as their male counterparts. As everyone who loves Halloween knows, males aren’t the only monsters to find in a haunted house. Universals’ new, all-star cast of lady monsters includes Dracula’s Daughter, The Bride of Frankenstein, the She-Wolf of London and the undead mummified Egyptian Princess, Anck-Su-Namun.

Meanwhile, the Universal Monsters: Eternal Bloodlines haunted houses will introduce a brand new, terrifying storyline while finding themselves in the heart of the ultimate battle between two unexpected alliances of classic female Universal Monsters.

– Saskia Van Helsing

In the Universal Monsters Haunted House, Halloween fans can expect to see Saskia Van Helsing, a new fearless huntress and the daughter of the revered Abraham Van Helsing, who killed Count Dracula by driving a stake through his heart. While that ended his reign of terror, Saskia now faces Count Dracula’s daughter, Countess Marya. Meanwhile, she rose from the dead to seek revenge for her father and to destroy the Van Helsing bloodline.

– Count Dracula’s daughter

Count Dracula’s daughter is on a mission to kill from the 1936 movie, Dracula’s Daughter.  She forms a deadly alliance with the She-Wolf, inspired by the 1946 film, She-Wolf of London. Moreover, it is also inspired by Anck-Su-Namun of the 1932 movie The Mummy. However, she is intercepted by Saskia and an unlikely ally, The Bride of Frankenstein.  The bloodthirsty and scary adventure takes guests on a journey between the hunted and the hunters in a life-and-death struggle with only one bloodline left to survive.

Universal Studios Hollywood and its Haunted House

As Universal Studios Hollywood is the movie studio that invented the horror film genre, the new haunted house will have even more relevance due to its location in the legendary Sound Stage 12 on the studio’s back lot. Universal horror movies like Dracula (1931), Frankenstein (1931), and The Bride of Frankenstein (1935) and more were filmed on Sound Stage 12.

Slash to compose an original, thrilling score

Meanwhile, the return of the Universal Classic Monster’s haunted house will also reunite Grammy Award-winning musician Slash with Universal Studios Hollywood in a collaboration spanning six seasons of Halloween Horror Nights. Moreover, Slash will again compose an original, thrilling score for the all-new female haunted house.

Moreover, at Universal Orlando Resort, Emmy-nominated composer Sara Baron will write an original film score for the new haunted house to elevate the horrifying experience for guests.
