Holland America Line Offers Christmas Gift Of Free Fares for Kids & More

Christmas is quickly drawing near and Holland America Line has a “gift” for families planning to enjoy a cruise. Dubbed the “Time of Your Life” promotion, the cruise line has come up with great deals for families sailing with kids. Meanwhile, that isn’t all, as the cruise line has more to offer its guests.

Holland America Line ‘Time of Your Life’ promotion

Just in time for the holidays, Holland America Line offers free fares for kids and more special offers for the Wave Season. Even better, the cruise line’s “Time of Your Life” promotion comes just in time for the Christmas holidays.

According to the cruise line, guests who book select summer 2024 through spring 2025 premium cruise packages from December 14 through February 29, 2024, have a treat in store. They will receive free fares for the kids, a free stateroom upgrade, fare discounts, and reduced deposits to pay. Moreover, those guests who book their cruise by January 31, 2024, will also receive onboard credits of up to $500 per stateroom.

Wave Season for families

According to the press release, Beth Bodensteiner, Chief Commercial Officer for Holland America Line said in a statement:

Not only is it the holiday season, but for cruising it’s Wave Season, making it the time of year when we put together our best offer with the most requested benefits and amenities.

We have some exciting new itineraries for 2024 and 2025, and guest favorites around the world continue to be prominently featured, like Alaska, Europe, and the Caribbean.

Guests will receive four additional amenities when booking the “Have it All” premium cruise package. These extra amenities include a shore excursion credit from $100 to $300, a Signature Beverage Package, one to three nights of specialty dining and a Wi-Fi Surf Package.

Moreover, when included in the Time of Your Life promotion, the perks are on top of the stateroom upgrade, free fares for kids, reduced deposits and onboard credit.

Sailing with Holland America Line during Wave Season

Meanwhile, during the Wave Season promotion, guests can enjoy visiting Alaska, Hawaii, the South Pacific, northern Europe, the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, Mexico, Panama Canal, South America and Antarctica. They can also sail to Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and the US Pacific coast.

Moreover, Alaska Cruisetours, which combine an Alaska cruise with an overland exploration to the Yukon and Denali, are also included in the season.

In the small print

Travelers should bear in mind that this promotional offer isn’t valid on Grand Voyages or cruises of five days or less. Moreover, upgrades are based on stateroom availability. Meanwhile,  children sailing as the third or fourth guest in a stateroom do not need to book with Have It All to receive free fares.
