Camp Snoopy officially opens on June 27 at Knott’s Berry Farm, boasting four new attractions and plenty of summer camp fun. The reimagined attraction features Snoopy and the Peanuts Gang and will allow campers to become “full-fledge Beagle Scouts.” Moreover, the family can explore new rides, including a giant swing, a new family roller coaster, an off-road rally and plenty of new character experiences, carefree fun and freedom this summer.

Camp Snoopy opens at Knott’s Berry Farm

Board the newly themed Beagle Express

Happy campers can take a scenic journey on the newly themed Beagle Express locomotive ride. The train will cross a covered bridge where the family can watch as Snoopy and the Peanuts Gang get ready for the jamboree events. For extra fun, campers can decorate their cabins to participate in the “Best Cabin” contest, enjoy potato sack races, and more.

Camp Snoopy’s Off-Road Rally

Rocky Mountain Trucking Company turns into Camp Snoopy’s Off-Road Rally, where racers can enjoy the newly expanded track and terrain. Driving their own Peanuts-themed four-wheel jeep, the family will spot funny road signs and obstacles to go over, around or under, while searching for course checkpoints as they go.

Sally’s Swing Along

Sally’s Swing Along is a new attraction where campers can use their friendship badge to go on a swing and sing along to help Sally forget her frustration with Linus, who has just stood her up. Meanwhile, the super-sized swing offers kids and their parents a taste of the good life while sitting side-by-side on the giant bench swing heading 10 feet into the air while swinging back and forth.

Snoopy’s Tenderpaw Twister Coaster

Snoopy’s Tenderpaw Twister Coaster lets campers explore the great outdoors on the first family coaster to take riders up a lift hill. It then delivers a pint-sized launch, making it the perfect first large coaster for parents and kids to experience together. Moreover, the best part of the experience is that guests get to ride twice, making it double the fun.

Beagle Scout Acres

The former theater area has been transformed into the Beagle Scout Acres. This spacious green area is where families and kids can explore, have lunch or a snack on shaded picnic tables, or just lie back and watch the drifting clouds above. Moreover, campers can join in a host of jamboree camp-tivities, including special sing-a-longs around the campfire. This new experience will open in mid-summer.
