For those who have yet to try it out, Kayak has revealed the top US cities for solo travel in the fall of 2024.

In recent years, the trend of solo travel has soared with many travelers ignoring their fear and booking vacations alone. Meanwhile, Kayak runs searches worldwide to help make confident decisions about travel locations, offering the perfect flights, hotels, rental cars and vacation packages.
The platform has now revealed the top five cities in the US for solo travelers this fall while giving each city a score on a scale from 1 to 100.
1. Washington DC

Moreover, exploring the city is no big issue as it is among the most walkable cities in the US, with many attractions best experienced when strolling through the city. For these reasons, Washington DC earned a perfect Kajak score of 100/100.
2. Boston, Massachusetts

Solo travelers can explore the city’s many museums, including the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.
For those who love marine life, the New England Aquarium is just waiting to be explored. Moreover, while green in the summer, Boston’s parks are perfect for their fall foliage. Boston earned a Kayak score of 74/100.
3. Chicago, Illinois

5. Salt Lake City, Utah
