Patio’s menu is curated by M Resort’s acclaimed culinary team and features a modern take on Mexican-inspired cuisine, blending fresh ingredients with dynamic flavors.

– House-made salsas and appetizers

Guests can start with house-made salsas and appetizers, including charred salsa verde, pineapple and toasted chili, all served with crispy tortilla chips or pork skins. Meanwhile, seafood lovers will enjoy the fresh Rock Shrimp Ceviche and a sweet and savory Hamachi Crudo.

– Entrée selection

When it comes to the entrée selection, highlights include expertly crafted tacos and traditional Mexican favorites. Guests can sample a variety of tacos, including carne asada, mahi mahi, or shrimp. The Carne Asada is a guajillo chili-rubbed grilled ribeye, paired with roasted spring onion and salsa de molcajete. Meanwhile, the Sizzling Fajitas demonstrate a classic tableside experience.

– Sides and desserts

No meal is complete without tasty sides and desserts. Esquites offers a flavorful mix of charred corn, chilis, cotija cheese, and a creamy lime-cilantro dressing. Frijoles charros packs a rich and hearty blend of chorizo, chilis, and tomatoes.

Sweet endings include classic churros, dusted with cinnamon sugar and served with Mexican chocolate sauce, or light, crispy sopapillas, drizzled with honey and powdered sugar.

Grand Opening & Hours

Patio at M Resort is set to open on Friday, April 4, at 5 pm, with the first 50 guests gifted a Patio-branded Drink Tumbler. Meanwhile, Patio will redefine outdoor dining and entertainment in Henderson from 5 – 9 pm, Friday through Monday.
