Cunard reveals 2025 Alaska sailing season
The luxury cruise line Cunard has announced its Alaska itineraries for 2025, sailing roundtrip from Seattle. Initially, the cruise line offered these new voyages to members of its loyalty program but from today, bookings are open to the public.
Speaking of the announcement, Katie McAlister, president of Cunard said:
We are incredibly excited to offer guests the new opportunity of sailing roundtrip into Alaska from Seattle. Due to strong guest demand, Cunard is offering a full summer season in Alaska, allowing travelers to delve into the region’s wildlife and visit extraordinary cities, with extended time in port to fully appreciate this captivating destination.
About the new Cunard sailing season
One of three ships in the Cunard fleet, Queen Elizabeth is a 965-foot-long vessel, able to accommodate up to 2,081 passengers and 911 crew members.
What to expect
Moreover, guests onboard the Queen Elizabeth will get to see the stunning Hubbard Glacier and Icy Strait Point. Along the way, they can enjoy a whale-watching expedition, or even experience the thrill of the world’s longest zipline.
Meanwhile, to keep things interesting, several experts will also join the cruises to share their stories with guests. Among these are polar skier Preet Chandi, mountaineer Kenton Cool and the wildlife filmmaker, Doug Allen.
