Disney Cruise Line Cancels July 2021 Sailings From The USDisney news reveals the unfortunate news that Disney Cruise Line has cancelled its July 2021 sailings from U.S. ports. Guests who booked July 2021 cruises on the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy have been notified that all July sailings from the United States have been cancelled, with the reason being information from the Centers for Disease Control.

July 2021 cruises on Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy Are Cancelled

Disney Cruise Line informed guests who have paid in full that they can chose to receive a 125% future cruise credit or opt for a full refund. Those who choose the credit option will have it automatically applied to their account. Guests who made partial payments will receive a refund equal to what they have paid.

In the meantime Disney Cruise Line is encouraging guests to contact their travel agent if they wish to book new reservations.

Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy Cruises In July 2021 Are Cancelled

Some guests may now be wondering about the July Magic at Sea sailing. That cruise was not addressed in the cancellation announcement and reports indicate that it is still available for guests residing in the U.K.

The announcement from Disney Cruise Line to regarding passengers on the cancelled cruises states:  “We continue to work closely with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to carefully review and implement their recently released guidance and refine our protocols for a responsible and gradual return to service in U.S. waters. Given the ongoing nature of these discussions and the time needed to staff and prepare our ships, we are canceling Disney Fantasy sailings through July 2021.”

Disney Cruises In July Have Been Cancelled

The statement reads, “Once you have decided on an alternate sail date, you may contact your travel agent. Your agent may place a reservation on hold for you by applying this credit as a payment option when booking a new reservation online. Guests that have not paid their reservations in full will automatically receive a refund of what they have paid so far.”

The July Disney Cruise Line departure cancellation news coincide with more upbeat news about the upcoming Disney Wish. The newest ship enters service in 2022 with a Moana-themed suite, the AquaMouse attraction, and a Star Wars Hyperspace Lounge.

Although The Wish doesn’t sail until next year, booking opens soon for interested guests. Disney has already provided details about the amazing penthouse suite.

Meet the Wish Tower Suite is billed as a, “first-of-its-kind accommodation,” at 1,966 square-feet. The  two-story suite features two main bedrooms with walk-in closets and bathrooms with double sinks. There are also stand-alone bathtubs and walk-in rain showers.
