The Fourth of July is the big summer holiday and it will coincide with an important inoculation milestone. According to The New York Times, by Independence Day nearly 90% of U.S. adults will have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
Still, it will be difficult to travel overseas this summer so experts predict a flood of travel withing the U.S.

All signs point to the need to make summer travel plans now, especially for the Fourth of July. There are many domestic locales that are perfect for a long holiday weekend.
