Among the free choices is the Tate Modern, a must-visit gallery for art lovers, boasting a collection of British artworks from 1500 ‘til now. When it comes to museums, visitors can find three on Exhibition Road in South Kensington. Besides the free museums and attractions, Omio’s study didn’t take into account the cost of accommodations. Naturally, hotels in Rome, London and Paris don’t come cheaply. However, there are still options available that cost less but are on the outskirts of the cities. Meanwhile, each of the cities has excellent public transportation available, allowing visitors to stay on the outskirts, but easily travel to the attractions.

Even with cheaper hotels on the outskirts of Paris, London and Rome, hotel prices do tend to fluctuate depending on the season. Traveling during the off-season can significantly save money, plus there are fewer crowds of fellow tourists.

Have fun exploring Europe on a budget, knowing that free and affordable options are always available to the savvy traveler.
