Three unlikely hosts have made The Hocus Pocus Cottage available on Airbnb to celebrate the season of All Hallows’ Eve, also known as Halloween. As a reminder, the Halloween movie tells the fictional story of Winifred, Sarah and Mary Sanderson, who were executed in the late 1600s for witchcraft. However, the trio is inadvertently resurrected three centuries later and needs to suck the soul of a child to stay alive.

The Sanderson sisters have now made their home available to a charmed pair of guests via Airbnb. The cottage, complete with a spell book, cauldron and black-flame candle has been lovingly recreated in the woods of Danvers, Mass. In fact, it is just a few miles away from Salem, where the movie is set. Here, the townsfolk accused more than 200 people of practicing witchcraft in 1692 and 1693.

In Airbnb’s announcement, they describe the eerie accommodations as follows:

Wooden boards that groan under the weight of curious cats and cupboards filled with blood of owl and herb that’s red (and even a hair from Winifred’s head) await.

The chance to stay in this scary cottage comes almost two years after the original movie came out. However, its main purpose is to promote the sequel, Hocus Pocus 2, which arrived on Disney+ on Friday.

In the film, Bette Midler, Kathy Najimy and Sarah Jessica Parker famously reprise their roles as the three Sanderson sisters. They continue to seek eternal youth, which can only be achieved with the essence of children.

Meanwhile, the cottage guests will be treated to a special screening of Hocus Pocus 2, along with a visit to some famously haunted properties in Salem. Moreover, they will have a chance at creating enchantments from the ancient spell book. However, Airbnb does warn on the listing page, “Maybe just don’t expect to turn anyone into cats as a result.”

‘A night to remember for years to come’

Moreover, in Airbnb’s announcement, actress Kathy Najimy, who plays Mary Sanderson says:

We all know that the Sanderson Sisters’ story might not have ended when we turned to dust, nor did our shenanigans.

What better way to celebrate the season than to host guests at the trio’s historic haunt for a night they’ll remember for years to come?

Unlike other unique Airbnb listings, The Hocus Pocus Cottage stay is not a contest. In fact, fans of the movie can request to book starting at 10 am PDT on October 12. Meanwhile, the two-person reservation will be on Thursday, October 20, for only $31. That’s cheap and eerie at the price!
