For those seeking a world adventure, Holland America Line has opened bookings for the 2026 Grand World Voyage on Volendam. Moreover, the cruise line has unveiled details and bookings for its 2026 Grand Australia and New Zealand voyage on Zaandam. Both extended cruises sail roundtrip from the US in January 2026 and will rendezvous in Sydney, Australia along the way. Both ships will visit 80 ports across the world during their voyages.

Holland America Line Grand Australia and New Zealand Voyage

The Grand Australia and New Zealand Voyage has just been unveiled and gives guests an immersive journey, while also visiting Hawaii, Fiji, French Polynesia, Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands and Vanuatu in the South Pacific. Moreover, guests will enjoy 10 extended port visits, offering more time to learn about the culture and nightlife in places like Tahiti, Papeete, and Raiatea in French Polynesia.

Our team crafted this itinerary to show guests the parts of Australia and New Zealand they expect to visit, but also included frequently asked for, but rarely visited, ports throughout Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands.

Meanwhile, Holland America Line’s Grand World Voyage is to sail roundtrip from Fort Lauderdale in Florida. The Grand Australia and New Zealand Voyage set sail and return to San Diego, California. This offers guests the chance to easily explore several global destinations without the need for international or long-haul air flights.

Guests on the Grand Australia and New Zealand Voyage will have the opportunity to visit 44 ports across 10 countries during the 93-day voyage. Moreover, they will enjoy an intimate experience, giving them access to smaller ports with six overnight calls.

The itinerary for the Grand World Voyage in 2026 includes 48 ports across 25 countries, sailing an east-to-west route. The voyage will take guests as far south as Antarctica and as far north as Oslo, Norway. Moreover, they will experience all seven world continents on the voyage, with nine overnight port stops. Meanwhile, Volendam will travel to Singapore, the Maldives, Egypt, the Mediterranean, Northern Europe and more.

Moreover, guests booking the full 132-day Grand World Voyage, or the 93-day Grand Australia and New Zealand Voyage by June 16, 2025, will receive onboard spending credits and amenities, valued at up to $9,350 or $7,900 respectively per person.

All guests who book early will receive a $500 air credit per person if booked through Flight Ease. They will also benefit from complimentary roundtrip airport transfers, a $500 air credit per person if booked through Flight Ease, complimentary roundtrip airport transfers, a $500 Grand Mariner Discount for past guests and a three percent pay-in-full discount.

Meanwhile, guests can enjoy additional extras, including onboard credits of up to $2,000 per guest. They will also enjoy complimentary luggage delivery service to and from the airport. Moreover, they will enjoy a free shore excursion and laundry and dry-cleaning service when booking certain staterooms.
