Universal Orlando Resort’s Halloween Horror Nights Start Early In 2024
Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights 2024 start early
Halloween Horror Nights will kick off at Universal Orlando Resort a little earlier this year. Moreover, the spine-tingling event will be available on select nights through November 3, 2024. The theme park announced the good news on Thursday of a total of 48 nights of sheer Halloween horror.
Meanwhile, this year’s event will introduce several new attractions, including 10 new haunted houses with scary storylines. For those ready to book for all the tricks and treats, tickets are already available for Halloween Horror Nights 2024 at the Universal Orlando Resort. Moreover, this includes special packages with VIP and exciting, behind-the-scenes access.
It should be noted, however, the details of the Halloween horror experience at Universal Studios Hollywood in California are not yet available. Read on to find out what we know so far about Halloween scary nights 2024 at Orlando.
Get ready to be scared in 2024
Fans may recall that last year, Orlando’s haunted houses were themed around the popular video game (and series) The Last of Us. Moreover, Stranger Things season 4 was represented along with the classic Chucky murderous doll and the movie The Exorcist: Believer and other Universal cinematic characters hunting down monsters.
In addition to this, five new scare zones will be opened, where “hundreds of menacing creatures” will be waiting to terrify Universal’s guests. In 2024, guests can also enjoy a live show and food and drinks inspired by the movies.
What are the dates for Halloween Horror Nights and how much will it cost?
Those who love to be scared can experience the Halloween Horror Nights on the following dates:
- August 30-31
- September 1, 4-8, 11-15, 18-22, 25-29
- October 2-6, 9-13, 16-20, 23-27, 30-31
- November 1-3
Meanwhile, a single-night ticket for the Halloween event at Orlando starts at $82.00, a price increase from the 2023 event of $73.99. Moreover, this ticket is a separate event ticket from guests’ park admission.
To speed things up, an express pass will also be available, allowing guests to skip the line at the haunted houses one time. The ticket price for the express pass is $129.99.
Can children attend the Halloween Horror Nights?
While there is no official age minimum for attending the event, it isn’t recommended for kids under the age of 13. Moreover, families with young children can visit the park during the day, as the horrifying activities only start after 6:30 pm. However, select attractions will remain open during the day and will also be open at night.
