When looking for sandy beaches with palm trees waving, the Caribbean is generally a good choice. However, because they are so popular, sometimes you need a quieter, more laid-back island to visit. Recently, Travel and Leisure revealed their World’s Best Awards where they listed readers’ favorite, top 25 islands in the Caribbean, Bermuda and the Bahamas. They were rated on restaurants, friendliness of the people, activities available and more. While Dominica, Anguilla and the US Virgin Islands came up in the top three, number 4 on the list is a lesser-traveled and quieter option, but equally beautiful. The island is Eleuthera in the Bahamas and is a perfect place to chill out and relax.
