Regent Seven Seas Cruises To Launch 140-Night World Cruise In 2027

While cruises have always been popular with travelers, the trend for world cruises is growing, with one cruise line after another offering itineraries, like the 140-night voyage coming from Regent Seven Seas Cruises. The cruise is set to happen aboard the Seven Seas Splendor from January 11 to June 1, 2027. Moreover, guests can already pre-register now, while bookings will open on April 10.

Before departure, guests on the Seven Seas Splendor will enjoy a night’s stay in a luxury Miami hotel, where they will attend an exclusive pre-cruise gala. Meanwhile, guests will also travel by first-class air flight, door-to-door luggage service, unlimited valet laundry and other amenities.

The Seven Seas Splendor will depart from Miami and will visit 40 countries on six continents while sailing 35,668 nautical miles. Moreover, guests will have the opportunity to choose from more than 480 included shore excursions, while also having the chance of 14 overnight stays.

Meanwhile, the world cruise will offer guests the chance to visit 73 UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the Caribbean, Australia, the Pacific Islands, Asia, Africa and Europe. Moreover, guests will enjoy three exclusive shoreside events in Colombo, Panama City and Málaga. Once the cruise is complete, guests will disembark in New York.

First world cruise on an Explorer class ship

Regent suites on Seven Seas Splendor are priced at $1.7 million for two guests for the entire world cruise. Meanwhile, a Veranda Suite will start at $91,499 per guest, with a total of $182,998 for two.

Those guests who cannot free up enough time for the entire world cruise can also book a shorter, 126-night leg from Miami to Rome. For this itinerary, fares range from $84,999 to $755,999 per person.

About the Seven Seas Splendor

The Seven Seas Splendor weighs in at 55,498 tons and has a capacity for 750 passengers and 548 crew members. Meanwhile, the cruise ship offers 373 total suites across 15 different categories. It also features nine dining venues, a spa, a culinary arts kitchen and hands-on cooking classes.

Speaking of kitchen stocks, the cruise ship will carry 13,000 pounds of lobster, 2,600 pounds of smoked salmon, 14,000 pounds of filet mignon and 150 pounds of caviar. To pair with the cuisine, the Seven Seas Splendor will carry an amazing 58,000 bottles of wine, including 14,000 bottles of Champagne.
